SEA KAYAK GUIDES
What We're Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in sea kayaking, guiding, wild camping, and outdoor cooking.
✅ Qualifications in kayaking to a 2 or 3-star level through recognized associations (BCU, ACA, NPF, EPP, or equivalent).
✅ Current first aid certificate (WFR or similar).
✅ Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus, but not necessary).
✅ Ability to lead groups of varying sizes and skill levels.
✅ Strong team player with the capability to make independent decisions based on changing conditions.
✅ Class B driving license (operating a van with a kayak trailer is a plus).
What We’re Offering:

Salary will be discussed during the interview and will depend on your experience and the role's requirements
