Kayak & Bike Guides
What We're Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in sea kayaking, guiding, wild camping, and outdoor cooking.
✅ Qualifications in kayaking to a 2 or 3-star level through recognized associations (BCU, ACA, NPF, EPP, or equivalent).
✅ Current first aid certificate (WFR or similar).
✅ Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus, but not necessary).
✅ Ability to lead groups of varying sizes and skill levels.
✅ Strong team player with the capability to make independent decisions based on changing conditions.
✅ Class B driving license and proficiency in operating a manual van with a kayak trailer.
What We’re Offering:
💰 Salary will be discussed during the interview and will depend on your experience and the role's requirements.
🌴 1-2 days off per week.
🏡 Assistance with housing in Flåm.

Equipment & Maintenance Supervisor
What We're Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in maintaining and organizing outdoor equipment, including camping, kayaking, and biking gear.
✅ Ability to manage inventory, track gear usage, and oversee repairs and maintenance.
✅ Hands-on experience in cleaning and maintaining outdoor gear to ensure it's ready for use at all times.
✅ Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including company cars and trailers (Class B driving license required).
✅ Willingness to assist with odd jobs around the base:

Helping with setting up or cleaning up equipment areas

Running errands or assisting other team members
-
Moving or organizing gear
-
Helping with vehicle loading/unloading
-
etc.
✅ Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to equipment upkeep.
✅ A team player who can work independently and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
✅ Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus but not required).
