Sander comes from a small coastal village where the open ocean meets the fjords. Energetic and always eager to explore, he has a schedule packed with meetings, sealing deals, and developing exciting projects. He leads the team by example, so don't be surprised if you meet our CEO on the beach, sleeves rolled up, cleaning kayaks or practicing kayak rolls with our new guides.

Daria fills in where Sander doesn't. She's the one who handles all the finer details of our company operations. If any customer, guide, or partner has questions or needs assistance, Daria usually has the answer. Whether she's in a kayak, in a tent, or on top of a mountain, Daria is glued to her phone to stay in touch with you and help you out.

Our head guide Sergey is a professional competitive whitewater kayaker, map reader, and storyteller. He spends six months with us each year, ensuring everything on the water is in top shape – from kayaks to guides – to provide the best possible experience for our guests. When he's not in Norway working with us, he's traveling the globe with his whitewater kayak, navigating some seriously impressive rivers – a stark contrast to the calm fjord kayaking we offer.
